The facility includes offices, selling and buying, tracking device fitment and test centres, financing houses and a restaurant totalling 16 578m² of GLA. The custom facility has optimal product flow and a brilliant display area under a partially translucent roof which could accommodate 950 stock vehicles. The design response places the customer experience at the forefront whilst all supporting functions are in perfect harmony in the background. With Rubicon, Takealot pick up, Richmond Corner Shopping Centre and Brights Hardware as neighbours, the Southern Precinct forms a mixed-use environment leading to a strong urban design response. With direct visibility from the N7, the building was designed as a landmark for this market leading owner.
